Terms and Conditions


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AT CITYHOUSE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they form the legal basis upon which reservations are accepted by CityHouse. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of all guests staying at CityHouse.


1. Definitions
 

  • "Hotel", "We", "Us", "Our": CityHouse.
  • "Website": https://cityhousebooking.com/
  • "Booking": The reservation for accommodation and/or services made with us.
  • "Contract": The Booking and these terms and conditions combined.


2. Reservations
 

Upon completion of the booking and payment process, a confirmation will be sent via email, which also serves as the customer's receipt. Your booking is only valid once we have received payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is valid and for the correct amount.

By making a booking, you authorize the Hotel to contact you via email and telephone for matters related to your reservation. We recommend adding our URL to your safe senders list to ensure you receive confirmations.


3. Hotel Rates
 

Rates on the website, including those on third-party booking sites, are subject to change without notice and depend on room availability. Rates are based on one person per suite; additional charges will apply for extra occupants.


4. Pricing Policy
 

The Hotel typically offers a standard rate option, but special rates may be available. These special rates may have their own policies that will supersede the terms in Section 6.


5. Payment
 

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and depend on the booking channel. Typically, we require customers to complete payment immediately after finalizing the booking.

For all bookings, the Hotel uses payment via QR codes provided by VietQR to process payments, including charges for additional services or damages.

All payments are processed in VND (Vietnamese Dong). The Hotel is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.


6. Cancellation and Amendments
 

Booking Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 03 days prior to the check-in date: 100% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellations made within 03 days of the check-in date: A fee equal to 01 night's stay will be charged.
  • No-show: 100% of the booking value will be charged, and the customer will not receive any refund.

Shortening Your Stay:

Notification must be provided 2 days prior to the new departure date, otherwise, fees will apply. All cancellation and amendment requests must be made in writing.


7. No-Show Policy
 

If you do not arrive on the scheduled booking date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged for the entire booking. Please contact us immediately if you plan to arrive late.


8. Extension of Stay
 

To extend your stay, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and may involve rate changes.


9. Changes or Cancellations by the Hotel


In rare circumstances, the Hotel may need to cancel your Booking. You will receive a full refund, with no further liability on the part of the Hotel.


10. Validity of Booking


The booking confirmation provided is for convenience purposes only. The Hotel maintains records of all transactions, and the Hotel's records shall be decisive in the event of any discrepancy.


11. Check-in and Check-out Times
 

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00). Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out is subject to availability.


12. Room Allocation


Your booking is for a specific room category within the Hotel and does not guarantee occupancy of a specific room number.


13. Facilities and Services


Included: Utilities (Water and Electricity), Wi-Fi, Daily housekeeping service.

Excluded: Food and Beverages, Laundry and Dry cleaning, Parking fees.


14. Special Requests


Special requests should be submitted via email or telephone but are not guaranteed. Failure to meet a special request will not result in a refund.


15. Insurance


Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate insurance for personal property and travel.


16. Parking


Parking is limited and is entirely the responsibility of the guest.


17. Guest Conduct


Guests must behave appropriately and respect the Hotel property. Violations may result in being asked to leave without a refund.


18. Kitchen Use


Heavy cooking that causes strong odors is not permitted. Violations may lead to additional cleaning and deodorizing fees.


19. Children Policy


All children are welcome. Baby cots can be arranged at an additional cost. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.


20. Number of Guests


Each room may only be occupied by the maximum number of guests as noted for each room type. Any changes must be notified in writing.


21. Visitors


Visitor access is restricted for security reasons and requires permission from the Hotel management.


22. Damages


The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages occurred to the room or property during the stay.


23. Right of Entry


Hotel staff may enter the property at reasonable times for housekeeping, inspection, or to perform necessary repairs.


24. Complaints and Comments


Any complaints should be directed to the Hotel management during your stay to ensure prompt resolution.


25. Personal Information


All personal information is handled in accordance with our official Privacy Policy.


26. Force Majeure


The Hotel is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).


27. Limitation of Liability


The Hotel is not responsible for communication failures or technical errors occurring during the booking process.


28. Law and Jurisdiction


This Contract is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or through a court of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.


29. Website Information


The Hotel is not responsible for errors on the website and reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change arrangements without notice. All materials remain the property of the Hotel.
