POLICY ON CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to change your check-out date, change your room type, or cancel your booking, please contact our Booking Support department using the contact information provided on our website for assistance.

Policy on Changing Room Type

If you wish to change to a higher room category, a surcharge will apply based on the difference in room rates. This price difference varies depending on the specific hotel and room type. If you wish to change to a lower room category than the one you booked or are currently staying in, a refund for the price difference may not be granted. The decision regarding a refund will depend on the date the change is requested. Whether or not a refund is possible will be informed to you by the responsible staff member via the email or phone number you provided.

Policy on Changing Stay Dates

If you wish to change your check-in or check-out date, please contact us via the phone number or support email provided on our website so that we may check the availability of rooms for your requested new dates. If rooms are available for that period, we will assist with the change. If rooms are not available, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate your request to change the date.

Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled at least 03 days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued (Excluding public holidays).
• If a booking is cancelled within 03 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay will be charged.
• In case of a no-show (the customer books but does not arrive for check-in), 100% of the total booking amount will be charged for the reservation, and the customer will not receive any refund.

Following a cancellation, we will inform the customer of the service details, applicable costs, and the refund amount (if any). If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the payment via bank transfer to the account number you provide. The refund processing time is 15-30 working days, and you will not incur any fees for this refund process.
